The Consulate of Latvia in Ghana represents the Republic of Latvia in Ghana. Currently located in the Golden City (Ashanti) of the country, its mission is to promote the interest of Latvia in Ghana such as trade and investment. The Consulate also aims to broaden knowledge about Latvia in Ghana and to ease heightened educational, business and cultural relations between Ghana (the gateway to West Africa) and Latvia. The consulate deals with a range of matters -- including politics, economics, commerce, investment, culture, defence, development cooperation -- with the objective of promoting Latvia's interests in its relationship with Ghana , providing consular services and helping Latvians living in and travelling through Ghana.
